In collaboration with architect Tony Unruh, he recently finished remodeling and expanding it.

As mentioned in the LA Times, the goal was to “reconcile the house’s past with its future, modernizing it in a way that Grossman might have done herself.”

The beautiful residence that embraces the indoor-outdoor lifestyle of Los Angeles is now back on the market and is listed by Linday May at $3,475,000.
