General Contracting firm Dawson and Clinton in collaboration with Studio 12 Architecture have designed and built this two innovative townhouses located in 3119-3121 Harrison Street in San Francisco, California.

Each light-filled home (2,500/2,645 sq ft) has its own private entrance, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a studio, a 600 square-foot roof deck with sweeping city views, titanium concrete floors with sound insulation and radiant heating.

The building also has an underground six-car side-by-side garage parking.

The two townhouses hit the market around three months ago. 3119 was offered at $1,695,000 and is under contract, while 3121 is still for sale at $1,795,000.
