Architect Angelo Marasco and his wife Nancy has designed and built the South Clarkson house as their own home in Denver, Colorado.

Completed in 2008, the 3,986 square foot, three bedroom, three bathroom residence is an eco-friendly, sustainable and green build house.

It seems that it’s time for the architects team to move on: their home hit the market in May 2011 at $1,075 million, and price was chopped a month later by $80,000.
