Developers Guy Jacobs and Felix van Asch van Wijck have completed the Prinsengracht Apartment project, in collaboration with Flow.

This unique apartment of 400m2 across one level is located in an historical building with typical neck gables that was built in the first half of the 18th century.

Located along the Pinsengracht, the fourth and the longest of the main canals in Amsterdam, the apartment offers a six window wide view, which is very uncommon in the heart of Amsterdam.

Materials for the skin of the apartment are warm and neutral, herringbone plank bleached oak flooring and walnut doors.

One of the many fine details are the floor to ceiling doors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the master bedroom has a built-in sauna and steam cabin.
