This 2,385 square foot tri-level is located in Hutchinson Hills, a neighborhood in Denver, Colorado, USA.

Built in 1970, the three bedroom, three bath home features a refreshing modern open floor plan and an inspiring backyard full of ornamental grasses, trees and perennials.

Offered at $390,000, this one is the kind of home that would make you want to move to Colorado!

Broker’s Description:

“Bi and tri level’s were the norm in this late 60’s and early 70’s Denver neighborhood. The existing owners brought a whole new outlook on their groovy art filled tri!

Opened up completely in a refreshing modern open floor plan – light filled, walls of glass, large walls for art, exposed beams and an incredible indoor/outdoor connection that doubles the actual living space.

Hardwood floors throughout, crisp white walls, stunning attention to detail with appropriate lighting and finishes.

The landscape can take on the botanic gardens! Seriously! The maturity, placement and drama of the ornamental grasses, trees and perennials are inspiring. The hardscape complements and embraces the setting organically. “

  1. O M G!!!!!!!!! Stunning – I grew up on one of these and I absolutely hated the design. Many a moment was spent as a young teen trying to figure out what we could do to this house. Of course, that was back in the 70’s, so design had not reached the openness of today. I’ve avoided them like the plague as I’ve sought for homes. This has given me a whole different outlook on these split levels. I have to admit however, the outside of this one still is drab, but OMG…the inside is stunning!

  2. How did you do the pergola? I am looking to do the same thing to my home and funny enough have almost the same layout of our back patio. (same house layout too.) Would love to know if you have plans.
