This 4,200 square foot, three bedroom, 2 bath, duplex condo with 24 foot ceilings is located on Jay street in Tribeca, Manhattan, New York City.
When fabric designer, painter and sculptor Gianluca Berardi purchased the condo in 2002 for $2.5 million, he said it was bland, like “two shoe boxes sitting on top of each other.” Berardi spent 18 months and over $2 million transforming the space into a work of art.
Offered last year at $9.0 million, the condo is still for sale, now offered at $8.0 million.
