Spotted on Sotheby’s, this single level, contemporary, beachfront home is located in Omaha, a small beach town on Omaha Bay in the Rodney District, one hour north of Auckland, New Zealand.
Designed by Simon Carnachan of Crosson Clarke Carnachan Architects, this four bedroom house is “a credit to the owners desire to create a harmonious beachfront home where the ocean view and beach become an integral part of the structure.”
