Top Floor with a Garage in Stockholm:

“One of the most attractive and unique apartments with three rooms and a kitchen on Lilla Essingen is now for sale. Totally renovated in 2011. The apartment measures 77 m2 (830 square feet) + a 30 m2 (320 square feet) terrace, and consists of three rooms and a kitchen. This is an apartment flooded in light streaming in from high windows and terrace doors, from morning to evening. This very trendy three room and kitchen apartment has an open layout, and the full window wall facing the water creates lovely light throughout the apartment. The kitchen furnishings are stainless steel, and include a professional restaurant kitchen. There is built-in LED lighting above the customized counter, which is also made of stainless steel, to increase the professional kitchen look. The cabinetry has no handles, but rather the elegant soft close function.

The living room and kitchen border each other, but are separated by a wall with a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is as tastefully finished as it is well-equipped and intelligently designed. Fully-loaded appliances, including a dishwasher from SMEG, and other appliances from Electrolux & Samsung. The kitchen is equipped with an integrated waste disposal grinder faucet, as well as a faucet for carbonated water. On the other side of the dividing wall, in the bright living room, you’ll find the perfect place for your sofa and TV. The spacious terrace not only brings a bit of the Mediterranean to the big city, but also adds a large, fantastic outdoor space of a kind rarely seen.

Throughout the apartment, the fixtures and furnishings are far above average, and include an oak floor with pigmented wax, high-quality recessed floating light fixtures in the ceiling, and built-in radiators with retractable LED lighting. All the details, such as switches, dimmers and wall outlets are made of stainless steel. This, in combination with the costly shale window sills, creates a shabby-chic look.

There are two spacious bedrooms, one of which has finished sliding door wardrobe and a private door out to the terrace. The bedrooms boast exclusive blinds that protect your privacy from prying eyes. Built-in concrete glass blocks for additional light in both the bedrooms. Fully-tiled bathroom with clinker tile floor and comfort heating.

The terrace, which faces southwest, continues along the entire western side of the apartment for a distance of not less than ca 30 m2 (320 square feet), giving your imagination free rein when you decide on furnishing. In the summer, the sun begins to shine into the apartment at about 8:00 a.m., and doesn’t disappear until around 8 p.m. Access to awnings and infrared heating.

We should not forget to mention the direct access to the garage from the apartment to the parking space in the garage.

Lilla Essingen is the perfect location for those who want to live centrally, but in a tranquil and well-maintained area. The lovely immediate neighbourhood has a great mix of restaurants, groceries, excellent transport, as well has wonderful nature and bathing experiences. You live close to lush shore paths, and water that creates a fantastic seaside town feel. The island includes the Luxen, Vita Villan and Gunghästen pre-schools, the last of which uses a Reggio Emilia-inspired philosophy.”
