  1. Nice play of spatial arrangements, but poor choice for exterior finish and dismal craftsmanship. A lot of architects/Designers need to grow up and use common sense when it comes to using wood exposed to the elements. It looks dirty and stained rather quickly and requires a lot of maintenance. Its finish is temporary and then the design is sullied by the resulting degradation of the finish and wood. Lastly, when the new bright or natural effect is gone, one has to wonder at the critical thinking of the designer.
