It was designed by HOLA Design, who created a sophisticated space with the simple combination of soft gray and light wood.

“Spacious penthouse located on the 12th floor with beautiful views of Warsaw. Spacious living room with an open kitchen and a large sliding window on the terrace. Main wall in the living room finished in raw concrete. Kitchen with island and table forms an extension. In the living room a large, comfortable sofa gray Comforty Badu. All the furniture in the penthouse building designed individually by HOLA Design and made to individual order of the owner. En-suite bathroom with a glass wall, with the possibility of division into two separate rooms – one accessible from the hallway leading to the guest room with shower & toilet, the other with a bathtub and a sink accessible from the bedroom. Freestanding bath overlooking the terrace. The interior in quiet colors white, gray with natural oak.”
