This old windmill, renovated by Minim to house a private home and wine cellar, is located in the Priorat, a county in Catalonia, Spain known for its production of wine.

The home is rustic, with rough stone walls and ceiling beams made directly out of thin tree trunks, though furnished modernly and with comfort in mind.

A Home and a Wine Cellar in the Priorat:

“The MINIM interior design studio executed both the planning of the building and the interior design of this old mill, which was turned into a house and a winery featuring one of the region´s finest wines. The restoration respected the original space and included a bold “sculpture-staircase” in order to organize the building internally.”
