“Clean modern lines meet Bohemian Chic inspired style! Nestled at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains in the highly desirable Mesa neighborhood, El Portal is a true Palm Springs retreat.

Featuring 3,000 square feet of indoor living area situated on a gated, private ¼ acre lot, this four bedroom home offers stunning views of the Mountains rising to the west and peek-a-boo views of the Coachella Valley.

The front pedestrian gate opens onto the large front courtyard, with carefully planned desert scape highlighted by a concrete block drive and expansive green space to the left. Directly ahead a large vestibule leads to the homes’ main entrance and pool patio set beyond. Multiple large glass pivot doors provide seamless integration of indoor/outdoor living opening from the expansive Great Room onto the pool patio.

The large Great Room soars two stories with clerestory windows providing ample natural light. Remote controlled electric shades provide respite from the sun on the upper level windows.
