Home in the Okanagan:

“Probably the finest lake shore home in the Okanagan, definitely the most unique. You cannot replicate this home regardless of your budget. The proximity to the lake, boat house bar, extensive boardwalk and dock structure are all grandfathered and cannot be duplicated due to laws governing the lake shore.

The current owner recognized this property offered a unique opportunity and originally purchased it despite having bought another just a few homes down and only a few months prior! He saved just enough of the original structure to allow the new home to legally keep its prior close proximity to the water and the expansive on-water structures.

Renowned designer Paul Nesbitt was given a blank check to use this unique setting to create a lake shore experience like no other. This experience he created is so overwhelming you may be tempted to skip over the details, but they are worth close inspection. The innovative design and custom materials used ensure the structure is timeless in both style and durability. This is evident in every facet of the home.

Nesbitt relished the opportunity to work with a canvass like no other. He selected a nautical theme to celebrate the home’s unique setting. He then thoughtfully designed every detail from the artwork inside to the trim out. His design was painstakingly executed to create an environment of unparalleled quality and comfort that maximizes the feeling of being “on” the lake for you and your guests. The nautical theme is so very fitting because of the very unique feeling that only this home can inspire.”

  1. What an awful mix of this and that! Extreme redecoration, complemented by replacing the furniture completely, can save the place.
