London-based architects firm PCKO sent us photos of the Jodlowa House they designed in collaboration with MOFO Architects from Poland.
According to the architects, this beautiful glass house “occupies the plot of outstanding natural beauty in the outskirts of Krakow, Poland.
The fully glazed steel frame structure, suspended above the site, makes the most of the outstanding location and at the same time preserves the existing natural environment.

Titus Bernhard Architects have designed the House M, a contemporary two-story residence located in Grünwald, Germany.
Standing on a sloping plot, the house’s design is based on the use of squared modules of 654 square feet each spread over four levels.

Spanish architectural firm A-cero started the Wave house project in 2006 and completed it in 2009.
This incredible concrete house is located at Punta Aguila in Casa de Campo – La Romana in Dominican Republic and was built as a year-round vacation compound where sun, sand and surf beckon.
Curling roofs and walls contain separate sleeping and living areas, clad in local coralline stone.

New-York based firm Rodriguez Studio Architecture P.C. has sent us photos of the R Residence gut renovation project.
Located in New York City’s Greenwich Village, this 2,400 square foot, three bedroom, three bathroom apartment was designed for an artist, with maximum natural light, and wall hanging space for artwork.
The apartment also features a 1,000 bottle wine cellar and fully integrated electronic and sound systems.

Anthony Coscia, principal in Coscia Day Architecture and Design, created for himself and his wife a 2,250 square foot home on a 40 ft wide suburban lot in the artistic neighbourhood of Venice, Los Angeles, in California.
The Skywave house is a hovering sculptural form emerging from a single articulated plane that contorts to produce unique interior spaces over a tall-glassed in first level.
A curved sheet of steel provides shade and protection, while the increased sense of space is accomplished with large glass walls, an enclosed outdoor living room and the multi level open plan.

Dublin based ODOS Architects have completed the restoration and extension of The Stables, a 18th Century farmhouse and stable complex in Ballymahon, Longford county, Ireland.
The 4,840 square foot self catering villa is composed of two buildings: the country house known as the Gold House, which includes the addition, and the stables, known as The Other Side.

This award-winning 8,800 square foot home in Taghkanic, in the art of the historic Hudson Valley, New York, was designed by New York-based architectural firm Thomas Phifer and Partners.
Completed in 2002, this residence has won several awards in the following year, culminating in the AIA National Honor Award in 2004.
A 1,800 square foot pavilion, built mainly of glass and steel, surveys the landscape.
