Jeremy Levine has completed the North Eagle project, a complete remodel and an addition of 500 square feet to an existing house of 1,500 square feet.
The project includes roof decks, interior courtyards and passive and active ‘green’ technology, to integrate the house in its environment.

This house is located on a new housing estate on the island of Sentosa adjacent to Singapore.
The plots are not large and neighboring buildings are built close to the sides of each house.

London-based studio Tamir Addadi Architecture has designed this basement conversion of a private house.
Located in Tel Aviv, Israel, the 914 square-foot windowless basement was converted into two apartments for singles.
According to the architect, “the project included the design and execution of the kitchens, furniture, light objects and garden.”

Completed in 2008, the Hemeroscopium House is like no other house.
Located in Madrid and designed by Ensamble Studio, the 4,300 square-foot residence is an impressive combination of heavy infrastructural pieces.

Canadian designer Robert Bailey has completed a dramatic gut renovation of this penthouse apartment located in Coal Harbour, a neighborhood of Vancouver, Canada.
“The original apartment was completely demolished, back to the concrete shell, and our design direction was influenced by the restraint of Scandinavian interiors” says Bailey.
This stunning 4,000 square-foot apartment features four bedrooms, each with its bathroom, four terraces and everything you need to feel like a king at home!

For a few hours, Luzinterruptus designers equipped 50 metal posts in a narrow street of Madrid with red buckets and lights and converted them into warm-lit lamps.
As a result, “for one night, they were lamps!”

Argentinian architect firm Andres Remy Arquitecos has completed the Carrara House project in 2010.
Located in Pilar, a city in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, the 7,100 square-foot two-story residence sits at the back of an irregular lot.

The owner of this former church overlooking San-Francisco’s Mission Dolores Park converted it into a single-family home with three bedrooms.
The church built in 1909, was bought in 2007 by commercial property developer Siamak Akhavan. The brick exterior was upgraded, leaks were repaired, new floors added, and stain-glass windows restored.
The property, which underwent seismic retrofitting to better endure earthquakes, is on sale and offered at $7,490,000.

Two identical one-bedroom units, one atop the other were combine together into a 2,400 square-foot duplex two-bedroom penthouse with the option to descend speedily from the top floor with a custom-made sculptural slide!
