Caviano-based studio Wespi de Meuron Architekten has restored Casa Olivi, as 300 years old farm house located in Treia, a town in the province of Macerata in the central Marche, Italy.
Completed in 2010 after almost four years of renovation, this beautiful 3,350 square foot farmhouse now offers 11 sleeps in five ensuite bedrooms.

Michael Herrman, principal of French studio Ateliers Michael Herrman recently renovated a duplex apartment in a late 18th century building for him and his family.
Located in the eighth-arrondissement of Paris, France, the now 1,500 square foot, three bedroom apartment features a clear glass floor above the dining area to bring daylight to both levels.

The unique four level penthouse apartment is situated atop of one of New York City’s earliest steel skyscrapers built in 1896.
It was completely re-designed by NYC-based studio David Hotson Architect, in collaboration with interior design studio Ghislaine Viñas Interior Design.

French architectural firm Atelier Zündel Cristea designed this Trampoline Bridge concept for a client and targets at the competition named “A Bridge in Paris”.
The trampoline bridge has three huge inflatable PVC floats attached by ropes to cross the Seine near to the existing Bir-Hakeim Bridge.
