This design, characteristically simple and current, has created in this space a wonderful home full of light that seeps in through the many glass walls that have been installed throughout the different rooms of the house.

Its social areas share one space, distributed in a spectacular way and creating an area that’s full of comfort and is pleasant to the senses. These are sensations we also find in the private areas, where good taste and design stand out.

It was designed by the architectural firm Residential Attitudes and covers an area of 312 square meters, which include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living area, a scullery, a room that can serve as a study, a sitting room, or a fourth bedroom, depending on the needs of the residents, and outdoor spaces.

The home has a perfect mixture of contemporary style with a touch of industrial, mixing together smooth white walls with raw-wood floors and exposed brick walls. The outside is charming and elegant, with just a hint of the big, open spaces held within.

This home is light, airy and roomy, with a great connection to the outdoors and inviting spaces that flow from the internal rooms.
