Seattle-based studio Olson Kundig Architects has completed the Glass Farmhouse project on a rural site in Northeast Oregon.
Completed in 2007, the 1,450 square foot residence sits next to an eye catching barn on a 80 acres lot.

Los Angeles-based architectural firm Marmol Radziner has designed the Desert House, a prototype prefab home located in Desert Hot Springs in California.
Built as a vacation home for Leo Marmol’s family, the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in about 2,100 square feet of indoor living space, and an additional 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space.

Designed by Malibu architect Doug Burdge in collaboration with interior designer Tim Clarke, The Birdview residence is located above one of Malibu’s finest beaches.
Completed in 2011, the main and guest houses comprise over 10,000 square feet with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Rotterdam-based studio 24H Architects has designed two townhouses in Leiden, a city and municipality in the Dutch province of South Holland in The Netherlands.
According to the architects, the facade of each home, obviously inspired by the Art Nouveau style, is an echo of the “canyon” that “flows through the house and encloses the stairs.”

The 4,350 square-foot contemporary beach house is located on Misterio beach, 72 miles (117 kilometers) South of Lima, Peru.

Bruce Stafford Architects have completely renovated an existing house that was originally an 80′s style multi-tenancy building in Sydney, Australia.
Only the external walls were retained to comply with the approved council envelope.
A completely new look for the house was designed, both inside and out. Dramatic views of the harbor and the site’s natural amenities were maximized.

Designed by studio James & Mau Arquitectura and built by Infiniski, the Casa El Tiamblo is made of four 40 feet shipping containers.
Located in El Tiemblo in the province of Ávila, Spain, this 2,045 square-foot residence was completed within six months for a budget of 140,000 euros.

Gary Chang, an architect, designed his 344 square foot apartment in Hong Kong to be able to change into 24 different designs, all by just sliding panels and walls.
