This large and fluid space of 96 square meters was redesigned in the year 2015 by the architectural firm AR Arquitetos, under the instructions of its architect Andrea Helou, and is located in   R,Caconde – Jardim Paulista, São Paulo, Brazil.

Its interior was completely remodeled, seeking to create a large space that could fully take advantage of the natural light that it receives.

The client needed to have only a single room, so the team chose to focus on the living room area.

The bedroom and living room are separated by a wooden panel, creating a sort of wrap for this hydraulic core, where the white floor, ceiling, and walls emphasize the apparent concrete from the structure.

The modern and simple decoration of the shared spaces, in the case of the living-dining-studio or office area, is in perfect harmony, creating clean, comfortable, and pleasant rooms inviting us to spend time in them, no matter the occasion.

In the living room, the same wood table, with six meters long, can be used both as a dining table and as an office table with no need for a separation between them.

Behind each open door we find beautiful monochromatic spaces, each one in different color.
