This multi-apartment project, located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, covers an area of 560 square meters, and was designed by refresh * design in 2016. Its exterior walls are done in white and use a material carved with a relief design consisting of small figures, all of which comes together to give a very striking and, at the same time, elegant touch.

The unit, perfectly divided to keep both a quality of openness and the privacy of those who live there, consists of three levels. On the first level are located the garage areas. On the second level are located the social areas – living room, dining room, and kitchen, all sharing the same space. On the third level are the private areas – bedrooms and bathrooms.

External staircases

Through an external staircase we reach the second level, where we can see comfortable spaces full of natural light and with an impeccable décor. Glass doors lead us to small terraces that serve as an escape and recreation area for each of the apartments.

Walls and ceilings lined with painted wood sheets play around with different shades.

Beautiful wooden stairs take us to the last level. There, keeping the privacy of its inhabitants, are the bedrooms, with their respective bathrooms.
