This wonderful house, done in a modern and contemporary style, was designed by the Spanish firm Fran Silvestre Arquitectos in 2017. It was created for a couple who, after living in Central Europe decided to return to the Mediterranean and to enjoy a place full of childhood memories and moments spent with family.
It is located in the area of Castellón, an eastern province of Spain that is located in the northernmost part of the Valencian Community, on the Mediterranean coast of Spain, and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the area.
It has two volumes that together form a single floor and are distributed in a single space.
Its exterior has green areas in which beautiful and carefully manicured gardens have been created, highlighting the home and making it stand out due to the contrast with the white of its walls.
In its interior, we find large spaces full of natural light and decorated in an impressive white. Modern and comfortable furniture has been chosen to decorate each of the rooms, maintaining the harmony that flows from one space to another.
The large glass walls that have been installed in the different spaces allow the entrance of the light, giving the interior a pleasant sensation of tranquility.
