This wonderful home overlooking the surrounding canals is located in Indian Creek, a wealthy village in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA. In its spacious exterior it has a swimming pool where we can swim with a variety of fish and enjoy in a different and unique way, a 200-foot-long bridge over the lagoon which leads us to the home’s entrance, and a dock space to accommodate a 90-foot-long yacht.

It is surrounded by beautiful gardens of vegetation typical of the area, among which we have tall palm trees that shelter the place, giving us shade and privacy.

It was designed by the architectural firm Studio MK-27 and developed by Brodson Construction. It has an area of 12,000 square feet, among which we find 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 powder rooms.

The materials used were mostly teak wood, stone, and exposed concrete, which are present in the different rooms where wood has been used in walls and ceilings.
