Located in the heart of the cosmopolitan area of NoHo, in New York City, New York, USA, this fabulous industrial style loft was designed by the architectural firm Motiani Design, more specifically by Veerta Motiani, in 2017.

It is done in a markedly eclectic style where different tendencies mix together in a coherent and harmonious way, resulting in a space full of personality and character. Modern or traditional, Veerta’s style is unquestionably defined by the client.

Having the know-how to transform a “house” into a “home,” this designer is perfectly capable of mixing different styles so that the spaces she designs are pleasant and vibrant, something palpable that we see in this home, where styles, textures, and materials have come together creating an ensemble that is completely unique.

A shared space holds the living room/dining room and the kitchen. It is a charming and cozy space, perfectly suited to welcome us after a long, hard day at work, and providing us with that lovely spot in which to sit and be flooded with warmth and comfort.

Through a barn-style door we reach the kitchen, a minimalist space where white has been employed generously. Farther in, we reach the bedroom, a space full of color and style that offers us the chance to rest.
