This modern and luxurious apartment is located in Letna, a district of Prague, Czech Republic. It was a remodeling of a construction that dates from 1938 and was carried out by Architect Jana Schnappel Hamrová from Objectum studio in the year 2016.

The apartment consists of 120 square feet, most of it concentrated into the living room area.

The living / dining room area, with beautiful parquet on the floors, was decorated with modern furniture in a range of ground colors and in combination with lamps and curtains.

The bright white kitchen, in a very contemporary style, has modern electric appliances.

In the master bedroom, the division of the walk-in closet was made of glass to avoid the room looking even smaller, since the space where it is located is significantly small. The wall in the back of the bed was painted in an intense blue, giving a more striking touch to the space.

The bathroom, decorated in a minimalist style, was designed completely in white, except for the wall of the shower, which was designed in veined white marble.

The guest bathroom was decorated with ceramic tile set in a hive pattern, done in black and white, a very striking and elegant combination for this space.
