Located in Acanceh – home to an ancient Mayan archaeological site – in Yucatan, Mexico, Hacienda Sac Chich was constructed by Reyes Ríos + Larraín Arquitectos in 2010.
The home blurs the boundaries between ‘indoors’ and ‘outdoors’ by the use of openings which lead straight outside from bedrooms and living rooms; added to this earthy effect is the fact that much of the furniture is sculpted straight from the stone that makes up the house.
Wanka House, designed by Galera Estudio, is located in Cariló, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Located in a beach resort town, the home is a marvel of contemporary design: hip, stylish, and comfortable.
