Perkins+Will created in this apartment a sophisticated, and at the same time comfortable, space, fulfilling in this way the wishes of the residents-to-be. This apartment located in São Paulo, Brazil was remodeled in 2015, with wood as its principal element, giving it sobriety and elegance.
The ceiling is covered with a wooden grill that runs through the entire space and gives the home an uncommon and unique look.
The furniture, based mostly on a warm palette of earthly colors, are used in a harmonious manner that allows for the perfect coexistence of the three main rooms. Its contemporary style could not have been more appropriate, achieving not just elegance but also a touch of spontaneity.
We have a kitchen, directly connected to the rest of the space, separated only by a series of adjustable panels that can turn the home into a space that invites interaction.
A different section of the home holds the bedrooms, in this way safekeeping the privacy of the residents.
In the spacious and modern bathroom once again the use of wood is highlighted, and its modern accessories give it a current touch. The glass walls and doors serve to add to the sense of amplitude already present in the room while preserving the privacy of each of its subsections.
