This fabulous private residence is located in a natural environment and surrounded by the Galilee Sea, in Ma’ale Gamla, Israel. It has wonderful views in which we can see not only the green hills and the sea, but also a gorgeous sunset that we can enjoy every afternoon, with skies painted orange, giving us a unique spectacle.
In order to create a reflection of the home’s surroundings, a wide variety of roughly finished natural materials has been used. The exposed concrete ceilings emphasize the inclined section and call residents and visitors alike to step outside onto the wooden deck to enjoy the view.
Much of the furniture used in the home’s decoration was made by the owner. This includes the bookshelves, the desks, as well as the pergola, among others.
Common and private spaces are separated by the blue library and a fireplace, both of which are disconnected from the ceiling – making the room look bigger and more spacious.
The living room is located in a large open space. The dining room and kitchen have a large glass wall that connects to the terrace, with beautiful wooden floors, allowing the house to be filled with natural light as well as allowing both residents and guests to enjoy the wonderful sunsets from the comfortable interior.
