The Black Pearl house was designed by Studio Rolf.fr in collaboration with Zecc Architecten.

Located in South Rotterdam, Netherlands, this century old town house was abandoned and neglected for nearly 30 years before being radically transformed by the architects.

The existing building was completely emptied of its floors and inside walls, and a resolutely new contemporary house was built in it (1,600 sq ft), halfway between art and architecture!
