Started in 2004 and completed in 2010, this home and studio space, ‘the work of my life’ according to Siza, is located in Porto,Portugal.

Broker Stephen Udoff has sent us photos of Malibu Whitewater Sanctuary, a recently built 6 bedroom, 7 and a half bath 7,600 square foot residence in Malibu, California, USA.
Developed by Eric Knight in collaboration with architects William King, Delbra Waldrip, and Mike Jacobs, this house hit the market last summer with a cool $7.85 million price tag!
Six months later, the residence is still available, now offered at $6.45 million…
