Portuguese studio Federico Valsassina Arquitectos has completed the House in Banzão I project, a conversion of a former warehouse into a guest house.
Completed in 2006, this 1,615 square foot contemporary home is located in Pinhal do Banzão, a small town in the municipality of Sintra, Portugal.
This five story stunning contemporary home is located very close to Nettleton 195, another project designed by SAOTA in Clifton, a suburb of Cape Town, South Africa.
This new contemporary home is located on Sarbonne Road in lower Bel-Air, an affluent residential community in the hills of the Westside of the city of Los Angeles, California.
Design by Californian studio McClean Design, the residence grants luxurious living at its finest, boasting 15,000 square feet including six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, 16-foot ceilings, an over-sized living room, elegant dining room, screening room wood-paneled, library, wine cellar and gourmet chef’s kitchen.
This seven bedroom, seven bathroom contemporary home is located within Phuket’s exclusive Cape Yamu private estate on the east coast in Thailand.
Designed by Hong Kong-based studio KplusK Architects in collaboration with Deborah Oppenheimer Interior Design, following parameters established by Kuala Lumpur-based studio Denniston International Architects & Planners, the villa offers over 21,500 square feet of internal living space and a total of 48,500 square feet of built-up area, including outdoor terracing.
