One of the US’s premier loft projects, The Flour Mill Lofts in Denver, Colorado, opened doors in 1999.
Originally built in 1906 to store and process Colorado’s bumper wheat crops, the Pride of the Rockies Flour mill served for four decades before it was abandoned.

Alchemy Architects has renovated a 2,000 square foot, boxy loft-style condominium into an oasis of habitable hues and selective spaces for its international owner.
Located just outside of downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, the now-distinctive environment embraces the client’s taste for eclectic and extraordinary details while being a welcoming place for friends and a home-away-from-home for the owner.

Minim is a Spanish interior design studio created by Elina Vila and Agnès Blanch in 1999.
The studio did an incredible job in restoring this residence situated in a late nineteenth century building and an attached 500-year-old cloister.
Located in Barcelona, Spain, the unique 2,150 square foot home served as a fabric store for the past 20 years: it is now a bright and comfortable apartment to accommodate a couple with baby. Is it just me or do you envy them?
