In this project, two houses were joined to form a larger one. Located in Biarritz, France, this remodeling was set in motion by Patrice Gardera Architect in 2015.

It is located in an area of great vegetation, and from the outside we can observe the combination of elements in its different modules.

In the central block, we’ll find the recreational area that consists of a swimming pool with a comfortable terrace that delights its visitors.

When passing from the terrace to the house, through its glass doors, we’ll find a beautiful space decorated with modern furniture combined with other rustic elements that stand out on polished concrete floors and walls.

In the dining room and lounge area we can see its modern style. A rustic, wooden table with black chairs make up a very contemporary style. Above it, we’ll find hanging lamps at different heights.

In the living room, we’ll find a series of shelves with a retro touch. They accompany a sofa next to a concrete wall.

In the different spaces, you can see the taste for the art of those who live there. Different artworks are displayed on the walls, giving color and life to the space.

A staircase, where concrete was again used, lead us to a second level where we’ll find the private areas.
