Beautiful Warehouse Conversion in Melbourne
By admin • Feb 14, 2011 • Selected Work
Spotted on MBP, here is a completely renovated apartment located in a historic building in Melbourne, Australia.
This three bedroom, two bathroom residence is on sale and according to the agent, “this superlative warehouse conversion in “Leicester House”, an historic 1880’s building, provides privacy and vast spaces.
It features soaring warehouse ceilings, huge original arched timber windows, exposed red brick walls, imposing brick archways of 65 cm depth and high gloss timber floors. By day it is imposing and by night dramatic.”
The exposed brick walls and the high concrete ceilings make this apartment feel like a loft. Update the interior with contemporary furniture and make this apartment a real winner!

Absolutely Inspiring
Excellent work. Would have loved to see what you started with.
It has been a longtime dream of mine to buy a warehouse of sorts and remodel it to my own liking. Love this.
How unique and interesting! Really like what you did with the warehouse!!!

Amazing …
I love it.
Especially carpets are so beautiful.
What’s not to like?
looks like the ceiling would give you cancer
I would so love to find a warehouse and do just that – simply beautiful and NOT keeping with the norm, even better.
I absolutely love the exposed wooden ceiling and brick. I think the clash between vintage industrial and classic decor is really striking.
Awesome photos.
Very innovative.
Gorgeous!
We have a warehouse apartment that needs renovation! Oh how I’d love mine to look half as good
