This contemporary house is located in Sanctuary Cove, a gated community in the suburb of Hope Island in the Gold Coast area of Queensland, Australia.

The hilltop on which it is situated offers beautiful panoramas of the water and yachts in Sanctuary Cove.

The waterfront house features 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, plus a gymnasium, a sauna, an office area, a media room and a controlled wine cellar.

Outside amenities feature a large pontoon, a 25m pool with spa and a beautiful deck that inspires relaxing moments.

This property was recently sold by Ray White Surfer Paradise for an undisclosed price. “Not cheap” sounds like a good guess though.

  1. What a jumbled mess of fabrics, colours, textures, materials, and styles. It’s giving me a headache to look at it.
Money doesn’t always equate to good taste.
