Adjacent to the original is Casa Son Vida 2, the second villa designed by tecArchitecture and built in 2010 by developer Cosmopolitan Estates.

Located near Palma de Mallorca in the exclusive Son Vida community, The 6,460 square-foot home is sits on a large private plot.

Structurally a box, this residence is anything but square.
