St Germain Residence with incredible Views by Andy Rodgers Design Studio

Designed by Andy Rodgers Design Studio, this three story contemporary residence is located in San Francisco, California.

Built in 1960, The original 2,266 square foot two-story residence offered three bedroom, and two and a half bathroom.

Almost fifty years later, the house was transformed into a 5,701 square foot three-story home, offering now five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and unobstructed panoramic views from all three levels.

Sold in 2008 for $1,795 million, the remodeled house hit the market again earlier this year, and was sold on June 1st for $5.2 million!
