Jan R. Hochhauser, principal of Santa Barbara-based studio Hochhauser Blatter Architecture and Planning has designed the Whitehead/Bay Residence.

This 5,400 square foot contemporary residence is located in Montecito, an unincorporated community in Santa Barbara County, California.

The house features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half baths, an infinity pool with spa, lush landscaping and a one bedroom guest house.
