Malibu Whitewater Sanctuary by Stephen Udoff:

“Unveiled in 2011 the Malibu Whitewater Sanctuary is a masterfully crafted residence, an architectural triumph that simply is one of the finest homes ever imagined in Malibu.

Framed with towering whitewater and coastline views of Zuma Beach, Point Dume and the entire Santa Monica Bay, the mesmerizing ocean vistas are only surpassed by the elegance, form and function of the home, truly a work of art.

With an expansive 7600 square feet of living area, and nestled on almost two lush acres, the open flowing floor plan is perfectly balanced with each area of the house blending into the other while maintaining a subtle separation.

Design elements and materials pay homage and draw inspiration from the surrounding natural environment, creating a seamless union between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Every room takes in the amazing natural haven surrounding the residence, including the great room with walls of automatic glass opening up to the pool, lawn and breathtaking seascape.”

  1. Stop putting your photos through a hi-pass filter in Photoshop! Everything looks too contrasty and flat. This is not a substitute for HDR photography, cheapies…
