It’s time for another reader’s home today.

This one is David’s home, a contemporary residence located south of Brno in Czech Republic.

It was completed in 2009 and designed by Brno-based studio ARCHIX s.r.o.

House in Brno description by the owner:

“This project is located in the outskirts of Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic and faces a beautiful natural park.

The structure of the residence is as follows: on the first floor there is a living room with kitchen and terrace, a utility room, bathroom and dressing room for the pool.

The second level hosts two bedrooms, a study room, a bathroom and a terrace of 100 square meters. We really like the outdoor terraces, as they are extremely spacious and have plenty of socializing potential.

Colorful patio furniture cheer up the atmosphere and make it even more inviting.

The total costs for building this residence were 430 000 Euros.”
