Lm Architects created this contemporary apartment in 2011 for a couple living in Voula, Greece.
The designers joined two apartments together to create a large, open space to accommodate the couple’s future family.
Apartment in Panorama-Voula by Lm Architects:
“Two apartments were transformed into one to accommodate a young couple and a future family. The result was a bright apartment with a feeling of lightness and tranquility.
Seeking for interior axis of transparency lead the architects to create large windows extended to full height achieving continuity between interior and exterior.
The internal walls were, done away with wherever possible or replaced by transparent surfaces and functional partitions like the wardrobe wall behind which the master bathroom disappears.
The selected light colored materials projected on white background walls gave the space a relaxing aura dominated by clear lines and simplicity of form.”
