Villa Plus is located in Stockholm, Sweden, and was designed by Waldemarson Berglund Arkitekter.

With a stunning lake view, the home possesses an understated rusticity which reflects the outdoors.

“This summer house offers views of the sea from every angle. The building settles on the borderland between rocks, grass and water. The load-bearing walls are built from hand-picked panels of Swedish pine, cut to a rough surface.”
