Rupert Murdoch, 82, just bought the top four floors of One Madison, a new Manhattan condo building for $57.25 million!
The media tycoon lost his Fifth Ave. pad in his divorce from Wendi Deng and decided to upgrade for an even bigger one!
Luckily for the new owner, the triplex penthouse is equipped with its own private elevator!

This is why he and the rest of the Billionaires don’t “believe” in Global Warming. If they are wrong, they’ll be just fine up in their “Elysiusm” towers. Its the rest of us that will starve and drown….
