It’s Such a Wonderful and Sunny Day by Pujo:
“The interior that we present to you exudes with extremely positive energy. The author, Biljana Turanjanin Pujo and the associate, Sava Avakumović achieved very alive and dynamic space which will keep a smile on your face for quite a while.
We present you the space that is very small, but fully meets the functional housing requirements. Opposing the front door is completely transparent panel of tempered glass, which gives us the impression of separated antrea, but the counter that is addressed behind it and a reflection of the living room in the mirror seem as if they are welcoming and inviting us inside.
Shelves-looking design system for TV and wardrobe is very reduced, but is such a strong motive that is the focus of the entire space. The element fronts are made of combined white univer with high gloss and wood pattern, and the same material is represented both on large surfaces and through the details.
Skillfully positioned mirror deepens the space and provides a completely unexpected perspective. Furniture with a fold up bed, made of textile with appropriate silk pillows is the perfect basis for making a comfortable living room. Gray tabouret is made with the same textile as the furniture. Floor lamp Foscarini Fork contirbutes with a great flavor to the whole area. Coffee table made of white veneer stands out nicely on the carpet which is in tone with the furniture upholstery. In the corner by the window, the working corner is placed with the small tables and built-in bookshelves. Unusual whitewattle lamp Gervasoni Bolla S monitors the pendant-shape light above the counter and simply complements the whole story.
The counter is set in such a way to be added the kitchen and “open” rather claustrophobic space in which it is located. Old furniture in the kitchen is kept only but slightly re-organized to give a visually comfortable space. Curved, transparent tempered-glass counter along the entire height, serves for dining, but as an original and functional solution physically separates and visually connects the entrance and the kitchen.
The entrance hall next to the door to the lavotory and the mirror, is equipped with sitting benches, hanger and the space for shoes expertly packed in a simple cubic form. Below cube is laundry room and the storage, while on the other side of the TV shelf is the entrance to the closet. Because of such organizations, remaining space is visually clean, simple and effective.
This is not a traditional, conservatively decorated studio. It is great that the investors were attuned to this kind of architecture and together we managed to make extremely good ambience. Complete design and implementation down to the last detail was performed by the firm PUJO.RS”
