19. Gorou Banda Residence
This contemporary home is situated on the banks of the Niger River in the outskirts of Niamey.
The spatial experience of the house is based on integrated family living with ample entertainment amenities. The architecture style was informed by regional climatic factors.
20. Ndili Residence
Overlooking the estate’s man-made feature lake, this moern villa was conceived as an exclusive family home, with its living, dining, entertainment and office spaces arranged around a series of internal and external courtyards.
It is located in Lagos, Nigeria.
21. Nik Residence
Nestled in a beautiful forested residential neighbourhood near Moscow, Russia, this moern family home is visually integrated to its surroundings.
The design is driven by horizontal angles, dynamic double and triple volumes and enhanced with the impressive central skylight.
