By • Jun 30, 2015

This stylish contemporary apartment was designed by the Bulgarian firm Edo Design Studio.

The interior makes intelligent use of limited space, taking advantage of the apartment’s high ceiling to add comfort and flexibility.

Contemporary Apartment by Edo Design Studio:

“We are the team of Edo Design Studio and we are proud to present the following project. We were asked to create a functional apartment for a young couple with all necessary areas – kitchen, dining nook, TV and relax zone, bedroom and working nook plus big wardrobe.

So, we decided to use “the big plus” which we had – the height. We situated the bed on the “second floor” using spiral staircase around the existing chimney which is made of metal and steel ropes. That idea helped us using the free space in separating the different zones and making them looking as One.

Using simple design and colors, the apartment looks bigger but also warm and welcoming.”
