A Pre-War Apartment in the Upper East Side by Kane A|UD:

“Located in a Pre-War building on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, the Project involved the renovation of a 3 bedroom/2 Bath apartment which had not been touched in over 40 years. The project focused on integrating the kitchen into the rest of the apartment by removing walls and extending a new informal dining area that joins with the Living room. A former maid’s room was expanded to provide a larger third bedroom with storage. The project also included complete electrical and plumbing upgrades to 2 bathrooms. All the spaces in the apartment were updated to accommodate a more functional layout that was more in line with contemporary living patterns.”

  1. Completamente pasteurizado e sem personalidade. Nem deveriam citar do pré-guerra… não sobrou nada para atestar isso.
