This 2017 renovation of an apartment located in Montpellier, France, was undertaken by the architectural firm Brengues le Pavec Architectes. The renovation is total, and done in such a way as to make the space both welcoming and accommodating, as well as modern. This new distribution of the spaces allowed them to give a more harmonious feeling to the apartment, as well as fill them with natural light.

This large living room, with beautiful floors made of wood, is also equipped with a spectacular white bookshelf that acts as the focal point to the space. We also find a TV area and a small gaming area in the living room.

Next to it, we have a beautiful closed kitchen with a glass aquarium that allows both spaces to visually connect, while at the same time, limiting each one to its own area. It has a modern style in black with a wooden countertop, as well as contemporary hanging lamps and hydraulic floor tiles. All of these elements together truly make this kitchen stand out.

The private bedrooms have modern furniture, in the same line with the decoration style, whereas the bathroom is a charming black and white space, with a modern bathroom in black that stands out over the floor tiles of the same color.
