This project, designed by Celeno Ivanovo and Luiz Henrique Ribero, partners at the architectural firm 2arquitetos, is located in Brazil, specifically in the city of Belo Horizonte, capital of the state of Minas Gerais, and sits in the countryside, where the weather is hot for most of the year.

Its décor is done in a color palette of soft and fresh tones. This is due, in great part, to the fact that the designers sought to minimize, in some form, the existing heat in the zone, thus creating a sensation of airiness through the entire house.

For the floor and walls of the living room, they decided to use marble, as it is a cold-to-the-touch material.

The beige predominating in the marble stone matches the large light-blue sofa with soft touches of orange, gold, and rosé. As the apartment was intended for a gentleman, its overall masculine looks are asserted by the brown leather sofa and coffee-colored oak panel, in contrast with the blues and beiges.

Many of its walls have been demolished, thus creating an open space where air and light flow naturally.

The blues also predominate in the master bedroom, counterbalanced by the deep wine colored oriental carpeting.
