The H4 house is a 2,171 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath model that has been specifically designed for very small, narrow and low sloping building lots commonly found in higher density neighborhoods along the shoreline.
Designed by young design/build firm BRIO54, the H4’s product line prototype is now completed and can be visited in Milford, Connecticut.

The client’s vision was a compact, industrial Loft like structure to fit on the existing lot.
Transforming the clients vision of a loft style environment into a compact fully detached home was accomplished by LineBox Studio through the use of 17ft ceilings, exposed plumbing and electrical elements, thoughtfully placed windows.
