This beautiful house with white walls is full of natural light, creating a serene space that makes the most of its stunning location. It has generously sized windows and a large wrap-around deck with wonderful views of the lake and the bridge, which is definitely an added value.

Renovated by Pal Pan from the architectural firm Another Design International, this fabulous building is located in Hong Kong, China, and covers an area of 2,400 square feet. It is spread over two levels, with a terrace and plunge pool to one side and the cantilevered balcony off the living room.

It was designed for a young businessman who is always busy and travels a lot, so that he did not have time to manage the renovation. Due to this, the firm had to deal with the whole project independently.

It has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The living area has four-meter ceilings and full-height glass windows that fill the space with natural light.

The real change came in the decorative elements and the choice of furniture and fittings. White walls and marble floors are some of the elements that have been used in its design and, to add warmth and smoothness to it, American walnut was used to clad the ceiling of the open-plan living and dining areas, as well as a wall of storage cupboards.
